Ideal homes and trademark homes (both owned by Ryan Krejci) recently build a home for us. This is the most unethical home builder I have ever worked with. Not only did he lie about charges and change orders, he never finished his warranty work as the contract stated. Probably the most disturbing part of the home building process was an accidental email sent to us as the clients calling my wife a c*nt and spreading false rumors about us within the community, yet appeared sincere to our faces and never once mentioned having any animosity towards us". If I was reading this I would think, yes, you probably were difficult to work with, but the fact is my wife is a laid back, easy going, likable person, and we really never complained once during the building processs/. We are still completely flabbergasted as to where this anger from our builder came from?. We took cookies to the workers weekly and never once complained:. The entire situation still has us puzzled as to why he would do something like this?. Had we known he felt this way, we would have never built with him;. Please don't make the same mistake by using this builder:. Trademark homes is owned by a socialopath!. We can come to no other conclusion. 129023d

Whoever this Omaha Mom character is, is a total lier!! We had a completely enjoyable process, and when you look around at our house you can tell there was a lot of quality and effort put into making things as nice as they are. We were always aware of the changes and charges during the process and both Ryan and Brandon did what they said they would do always no questions asked.They have done any and all warranty things we have ever asked them to do, it just takes one phone call and someone is at our house in a day or so taking care of anything we have ever needed. During the build we would stop out at the house and talk to the subcontractors and vendors and all of them were very happy working for Ideal and Trademark. They said Ryan and Brandon cared about their houses and quality and they always paid their bills every two weeks. The vendors and subcontractors mentioned to my husband and I on several occasions that we picked a great builder and I truly to this day believe that. THANK YOU Ryan and Brandon for all that you do and did for my family. I will be passing along a great word for you and your company. People need to thank you more for the work that you do!! And for this Omaha Mom character who wrote this post you are a lier and a fake, grow up and stop acting like a kid writing a post on a website, and next time use your real name.....fake. |

I read this post over and over and the more I read it the more holes I find in "Omaha Mom's" so called complaint. We have been looking for builders for a long time and we have talked to a lot of past and current clients of Ideal and Trademark Homes, every single customer we talked to, told both my wife and I that they had a good and fun process and they are very happy with the outcome of their house. One customer we spoke to had them back finishing their basement and seemed still real happy. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of Ryan when I met with him on several occasions, far better than a lot of other builders we met with. Funny how you hide your identity "Omaha Mom" with a so called wife. If you had a real complaint with them you should be adult about it and confront them, instead of being a chicken and writing some post on a website. After reading this post its very clear you were the problem "Omaha Mom" and you were just "one of those customers". Ideal and Trademark homes have a cutting edge quality product with very creative quality ideas. My wife and I will be signing a contract with them this weekend and are not worried one bit, we are in good hands.I looked and Ideal and Trademark is also on the BBB A+ honor role, so I feel very confident I am in good hands. Shame on you "Omaha Mom" for you lies. I would highly recommend looking at Ryan with Ideal and Trademark Homes if you are looking to build, they blow away a lot of other builders in this town. Next time you want to write a post "Omaha Mom" about someone try looking in the mirror and I am sure you will find the problem. |

Written by Sheila on April 12, 2012 from omaha, nebraska, US My husband and I built a home w/Ryan and Brandon 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience working with them, as did two of our neighbors who are also in Manchester Park who we have become good friends with. I saw this post when I was looking for their contact information as we are looking to upgrade to a larger ranch-style home. I don't believe one word of this post and Shame on you OMAHAMOM for posting such obvious lies! Ryan and Brandon were great when it came to completing warranty work and even came back after the warranty period was over and did some final touch-ups for me. They were completely honest and the change orders were done 100% correct and there were no hidden fees, charges, or anything. They are genuinely good guys. I'm sure Rick and I will be happy once again. |

I finally decided there is absolutely no credibility behind a complaint posted by someone masking their identity. If there was a legitimate complaint, one would think it would be filled with the BBB rather than a public forum. As of last look, Ideal/Trademark seems to be retaining their BBB A+ rating. |

I have been a subcontractor for these guys now for 8 years and have always been much impressed as to how well they treat their customers. -They often do things above and beyond at their own expense to make sure the customer is happy. I am very sure this post was written by one of the guys Ryan had to let go because of repeat mistakes him and his crew had made. It's disappointing to see someone I considered a peer would go so low as to write some garbage story about building a home with Ideal and a bogus bit about some name-calling to his wife. Ryan is a very professional guy and outside of work, I see him at my Church every Sunday in Elkhorn. I look forward to working with him and Brandon for years to come. |
